HCHL potential final fun week - Sunday 9pm(ish)

In what could be the final funtime event before we start the new season, we'll be running yet another few races this coming Sunday.

As per usual, any car that can meet league rules, i.e must have tunes in 25 PI increments for 5-700PI, tracks will be made up on the night. We'll also take the chance to discuss any last minute suggestions people have.

HCHL Season 2 Car Selection

With the results of the 1st poll now in, it's time for people to select their 2 cars, and by posting in the thread will also confirm that they will be racing with us in the upcoming season.

Cars must be able to reach both a minimum of 500 PI and a maximum of 700 PI. Downloadable cars are excluded from selection as cars will be randomized between the drivers.
Also, the following cars are presumed to be far too damaged from last season to be available this season are...
Nissan 370Z, Audi TT, Maserati GranTurismo, BMW Motorsport M3, Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, Ferrari California, BMW Z4 Coupe, Porsche Cayman.

This topic will be open for 7 days, after which the cars will be randomly assigned to the drivers.

Modern Warfare 2 League: leading up to Black Ops

While we may have a few Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 leagues around XBLA, you havn't seen one like this!

What is it?

This is your standard old leauge, but with a slight twist. We hope to repeat it with each Call Of Duty game that comes out.
So we thought it would be a nice idea that each year we have a year long league that opens on release of the game and closes on release of the next CoD game.

Modern Warfare 2 has been out for a while now and it isn't long before Black Ops comes around so this is mainly a test to see if it will work!

Dates, times and more!

Signups begin from the time of posting up until Friday next week (23rd July)
Each week we will run the macth(s) on the friday
If teams are to be used they shall be picked on the tuesday
The League will finish on the week of CoD Black Ops release (09/11/10

Teams or Free For All?

You are being given a choice of wether you want teams or want it to be Free For All machtes.
If you decide on teams each team will be picked at random.
But if members are repeatedly put in teams with those they have played with before then I shall organize team members to make it fair.

What type of team game?

On the Tuesday the teams are selected in the topic with the teams shall be included a poll presented with 4 randomly selected team games and one hand picked one, you may vote for the game mode you wish to play, if a tie between two or more modes appears I shall have the final descision.
In three consecutive weeks no same game type shall be played, as to give each persons preference a fair chance.

As it's been a good month since we last raced, I thought we'd have a little car show before I get around to sorting out the new season, I'll probably also pester people for some last minute feedback too.

As for Sunday , any car, as long as it meets league standards, i.e has a setup for 5-700 in 25 PI increments. (ie. 500,525,550 etc up to 700).

Room will start at 9pm(ish), depending on what time top gear ends (so no later than 9:15pm).

Tracks to be made up as we go along.

Endurance league test event

Next Tueday, we'll be running a test event for the forza endurance league. we'll be trying out the balance between R1 and R2 cars. so when posting to say you're showing up can you confirm which car you'll be driving in, along with PI and class. As per league rules, no upgrades on the cars, but tunes will be allowed. Also, no DLC cars can be selected.

We'll be running 5 short 10ish minutes as a trial run. long event will return for the league proper.

Tracks will be:-

Suzuka Full, 5 laps
Road America, 5 laps
New York, 10 laps
Silverstone Full, 5 laps
Laguna Seca, 8 Laps

HCHL bonus week 4(za)

For what could be the last time before the new season starts, there will more HCHL fun time this coming sunday. As before, any car, as long as it meets league standards, i.e has a setup for 5-700 in 25 PI increments. (ie. 500,525,550 etc up to 700)

More darce car flipping (and spining ) to be expected...

Room will start at 9pm, though could start earlier if need be.

Tracks to be made up as we go along.

after racing in a 125 lobby last night i came up with the idea for a redbull rookie cup, everyone will be on the same ktm with default set up and there will be no tunning it will be held in private room because we all know setups don't load if you have to join through invite! i think 10 laps as real laps would take forever
don't know what day or time to hold it on yet im open to suggestions! it will not be held same day as career bike championship as i race in it! if anyone wants to join leave a post or send me or spacearound a message on xbox!
