ok folks now that we have all the members (18) time to explain how things work.

It will be a snooker league format with a chance of a pool tournament half way we will play the snooker games on a wednesday night at 8 o clock for those who cant make this time they will have a deadline of sunday night to play their fixture but PLEASE arrange something with your opponent so they are NOT messed about. the games will be 5 frames for at least this week i would like you all to give me feed back after you have played your match to tell me what you thought of this too long/short etc then we will go from there. you will be awarded 2 points for a win in the league also i would like to know how the match finished in frames e.g. (3-1) so that i can do a goal difference type setup just in case the table is joint top at the end. you will only play each person once. also i have been asked by a few people is there a shot time on this game as from what i have seen NO there isnt but i trust you will all be fine with this and play the game as it is intended if i have several complaints that a person is taking a in approriate amount of time with there shots i WILL take action although i really dont think this will happen we all want fun out of this and a bit of honour if possible

If anyone doesnt agree with any of these rules or formats plaese let me know or if you think something should be added etc then same again let me know.

i have just been pm by I Daz I and he is out he works lates and doesnt think leagues with deadlines work i have asked to reconsider but he not but no worries each to their own no hard feelings but this will now mean that one person wont have a fixture for one week in the season but its more practice time and sorry kennythered you will have to wait another week to get going

Will the scores be taken even though this is week 0? The idea of week 0 is to test the format and make sure the players are reliable etc.

no the scores wont be taken in week 0 it is just a test run to see wether people think 5 frames is too much or not enough
