Most likely - With the cup we tend to keep it every other season in the league so if there is going to be another the interest poll will be up at some point in december to begin in january i expect.

well in last years cup you had to make your own team, and then you decided when you were gonna play your match with the other team captain you were playing

pretty sure its gonna be the same this time if there is another one

For season 3 of the cup we are going to keep much the same format - More details on this will be released later this week in the form of a small poll although firstly it is to be said that the teams will be much the same as last season. If you would like to sign up a team, instructions follow...

Team Captains:

If you plan on captaining a team then please post in this thread with your team name, players XBLA username and gamertags and then go here and click sign up in line with Gears of War Cup.

Only do so if you are a captain please and you will not be accepted unless you have posted here also.

Sign ups will be open until 12pm on the 27th of Jan and then the league will begin with NO more teams so make sure to be signed up quickly.

for this cup do we have to construct our own team or do we all just sign up and get placed into teams?

The cup is member formed teams opposed to the league so yes - only the captain need sign up
