Completing "Extreme" on MGP 07 (CLIMAX).....a recurring nightmare as my "save" data corrupted

My worst nightmare would have to be from when I was playing Alundra on the Playstation (an old RPG/ adventure game). I had played about the game through about 80%. One evening when I was transferring data about between my 2 memory cards and had a brief lapse in concentration and accidentally deleted my game save before copying it the other memory card. It nearly reduced me to tears as I had just deleted about 30 – 40 hours of play time! I had to start the whole game over again from scratch!

Think we've all deleted some kind of file in similair circumstances ,the feeling when it suddenly "dawns" on you what you've done.....crap, I didn't mean that, come back... NO, you told me to go, I've gone

there have been a few, i dont think of recent times, probably the most recent was on F.E.A.R on the instant action in the vault, if i completed it i would have got 35gs but i kept getting so close and dying :'( i never did complete it...

TIGER WOODS.as we play in the league.......3 of us playing and it crashes on the 16th hole, after getting 3 eagles on the back nine alone, we are now all used to this as its been happening for nearly 3 years.
COME ON E.A. GIVE US A DECENT TIGER WOODS GAME THIS YEAR

Mine happened only a few days back COD 4 veteran one shot one kill the last bit took me like 3 hours of something One from ages ago on PS2 or xbox or something, saving a game before last lev and all of a sudden i get a power strike

TDU - Game save corrupted at 99% , 40+ hours. Never touched that #+*ߧ$%& crap again.

Finished motoGP07 grand prix on legend - never got achievement so cannot complete extrem trakc lists until I DO IT ALL AGAIN. - bummer.

Other nightmares - COD4 played headquaters on shipment with a few beers on me - stats came out as 25 kills 102 deaths - the yankee teeny boppers laughed their asses off. I said at least i am old enough to buy beer!

GTA VIce City - I must have used a cheat early in the game but forgot about it - so when I neede the army helicopter - the cheev list said it was rewarded after finding the 100 packages - l found out the hard way that if you used acheat only 99 could be found - you can imagine how boring it was to go around collecting the packages using a badly B&W printed map.

GTA 3 - deleted save file by mistake after completing 80% of game.

PS1 - Gran turismo 2 - couldnt pass last driving test to enter top class leagues - tried for weeks!

Tomb raider 2 - before the days of the internet I got stuck on a climbing part for about 2 months - Id try for a couple of hours and then give up for a week. eventually read guide in HMV (only found out they existed) and was 99.999% correct in what I was trying to do but wasnt holding grab fo rlong enough. GGrrrrr
