How do i become a moderator on Xbox Live Moderator on LIVE Rate Topic: -----

I was wondering since ive been on LIVE ive always wanted to be a MODERATOR as ive had expirence with job on other sites and would love to contribuite it to XBL please anyone pm on here or message my gamertag Hitman 158 thanks in advance
