Capcom is pleased to confirm that MotoGP 10/11 will be arriving at retail across Europe on March 18th.

But gamers won’t have to wait until then to test ride the most authentic and realistic MotoGP gaming experience of the series so far. In February, Xbox 360 and PS3 owners will be able to download the MotoGP 10/11 demo. Live life in the fast lane racing as either GP heroes Danny Pedrosa or Andrea Davizioso on the challenging Mugello circuit in a single Championship race or against the clock (and your ghost) in Time Trial. As in the full game players will be able to use the new player assists feature that allows them to fully customise their bike set up, making the MotoGP gaming experience as realistic a challenge they can handle.

MotoGP 10/11 will bring fans the most authentic and realistic MotoGP experience of the series.. Gamers will get all of the 2010 MotoGP season content and downloadable updates for the 2011 MotoGP championship shortly after the season starts.

The all new handling system and improved physics in MotoGP 10/11 will deliver a level of authenticity never seen before in the GP series. The inclusion of the brand new customizable player assists feature allows fans of both simulation and arcade racing to alter their racing style. Those wanting to take less of a risk with their riding technique will be able to switch on the player assists for a more forgiving style of racing. For players who want to feel the full intensity of MotoGP racing, all the in-game player assists can be turned off delivering challenging and realistic gameplay that emulates the MotoGP experience.

‘Career’ mode will be complemented with the addition of brand new co-op play. Through local split-screen gameplay a second player can jump into the race and become a team mate, helping to take your team to pole position. The classic ‘Championship’ and ‘Time Trial’ modes are back along with a revised ‘Challenge’ mode. This year fans of the MotoGP will be able to play as their racing hero from the start in all three of these game modes.

As with MotoGP 09/10, MotoGP 10/11 will continue to offer the most robust online mode in a racing title, allowing up to 20 players to compete in a Championship race. Gamers can choose their racing settings and join in mid-race with spectator mode to check out the competition before the race starts.

o The complete 2010 MotoGP season with free DLC for the 2011 MotoGP championship shortly after the season starts

o Enhanced physics and handling system creating the most realistic MotoGP gaming experience

o Customisable player assists to emulate or tame the real world forces that riders have to deal with on track

o Five game modes including “Championship’, ‘Time Trial’, ‘Challenge’, ‘Career’ and ‘Online’

o The only racing game where you can compete with up to 20 players online

o Play with a team mate in ‘Career’ mode through the brand new addition of local co-op play

o New and improved audio featuring real life MotoGP bikes

Great news the Demo in February ! Woohooo :icon13:

Let's hope the online issues have been sorted and its more stable.

Really looking forward to getting back on the GP bikes with better sound/visuals/handling and hopefully a more fluid menu system and setup options. :clapping:

Look forward to trying the demo. Especially pleased it'll be out prior to the game release as I thought they might have held it back after the lack-lustre opinion/feedback regarding 09/10. Hat's off to 'em for the demo

well proff is in the pudding as they say,so lets wait n see.

its fair to say moto fans have been through the mill over recent years and its about time we got a game most would like.im hoping this happens as a major flop again will really put the boot in for us fans and will bring a very uncertain future for us online.

along with most online bikers im getting on a bit now so im hoping for less buttons to push.thats my main concern ! ! ! !

dont pin your hopes on it.
pete.

Of course i'd be interested to try the demo, but it wont grab me if its anything remotely like 0910, i just hope i dont spend more time in downloading the demo than i do playing it.

the demo in Feb ..? hmmm... going by their records on releases i wouldnt be surprised if the demo isnt released until Arpril 1st.(yea that day  )

still i wont knock before ive played it, ive tried all of the 0910 full game and all updates and all track updates, but this time if the demo is pants then i wont be buying the full game.

the pic above at the corkscrew is a bit off-putting, i do hope thats not the fastest racing line :verymad: ....... anyway,., yes i think everyone is looking forward to the demo at heart wishing for a great game,. lets wait and see and hope for the best.

cheers

I'm optimistic this game will be better than the last but I am 100% certain it's not going to be ground breaking in any way shape or form !

I'm always optimistic.

To be honest I'm not after "ground breaking", "working" will be a bonus. I know there'll be stuff I want added/changed but I've had some great times playing 09/10 so really look forward to 10/11.

I think this will be great, motogp 09/10 was good but lots of problems just made it grow old , big mistake was moto 2 realease DLC , I know some love it but I just tried getting into it , 2nd in my 1st race and 1st in my second race after 3 months out or something like that, which should not be possible, I was annoyed how shallow it feels and slow speed is boring, I won because I just watched my tyres, I need to feel like I'm walking a rope not on a moped on a salt lake were nothing really goes wrong, I know this talk will upset some moto 2 riders but I know how a race bike should feel especially a 600

The problems didn't do it any favours whatsoever for longevity. I should imagine quite a few who purchased we'll never get to know about as they may have immediately "walked", we know just a handful who post here plus those we played against. A "working" game is half the battle.

I personally hated Moto2, mind the 125's left me cold as well, can't stand the slowness & much prefer "edge of the seat" & high chance of dropping the bike whilst racing at the limit.

I know there's one thing I'm really gonna miss and have done since Climax took it out and that is a rank next to your tag in the lobby, I was never top 10 but occasionally entered the top 100 and that felt good. It also felt good to beat a racer with a better rank in a race BUT if Monumental are still reading do not take that as the way to do itPosted Image ie your rank going up when beating a better ranked racer , that'd be stupid as someone could take him out the picture for ya Posted Image, likewise rank based on race wins means diddly squat, rank should be based on the fastest you've got the bike around the combined tracks in total from any place Championship/Time Trial/On-line Race, as it was originally. One mighty big carrot, the beauty of entering a lobby and seeing the field made up from the top 50 whilst sitting around 150th, back of my mind always said "bring it on" I wanna wipe a few faces if possible

Looking forward to the game mind.
