I cannot believe things are so quiet on the Forza front at the moment ?

With the game only a few weeks away i have been looking daily for updates and really cannot seem to find too much being released ?

Even on the Forza.net forums Turn 10 are quiet ?

I know there are some big games coming out very soon F1 2011 / Gears / Battlefield etc but surely people must be excited about this one ?????

I cant wait .... It's killing me

Yup, it's the one title that'll make me renew my Gold account.
.....but i'm moving at the end of the month so hope i can sort broadband out quickly./easily.

Strangely there was no mention of it in Live newsletter this month either whilst later releases were covered. Hopefully this doesn't indicate that it's slipped at all!

We have a fair amount of Forza 4 news, just put Forza 4 in search, but I'm surprised no one is discussing it as well.

It's because everyone is so excited there now starting to camp at their letterboxes waiting for it too pop through.

Games like F1 for me will just be something to take up the time on the wait for Forza, from what iv'e heard it sounds like they have put right alot of wrongs in Forza 3 which is great. I did recently just read that there will still be no in lobby tuning which makes no sense tbh. Also 16 player lobbies << Awesome :D

But overall really looking forward to it and can't wait to try it out. Is there any news on a Demo yet?

Nice, I can definitely vouch for the Porshe GT2 wheel, has a real quality feel to it well made and really sturdy on the Rennsport stand as well :D

Haven't used it much for Forza 3 but have on GT5 and iRacing and the feedback you get is imense. If i were you though i would get the CSR, exactly the same base with a different rim. Has got a lot of updates added to it. Much better Paddle shifters too. Also both same price. Unless you wanna wait for the Elite version lol! You will get a great wheel either way. The clubsport pedals are the best you can get simple as :P

Thanks kyzaa

The csr looks nice I but the wheel itself looks a bit plastic-y ??
Do u know if the csr pedals are different as well from the Clubsport ?

The alcantera leather on. The gt2 looks better quality to me ! I'm def up for the upgraded internals tho just cannot make my mind up. Need to do some more research.

Cheers

From what i know the Clubsports are the most expensive (top of the range) i have these as they were the only ones available when i got my GT2. They are all metal (aluminium) construction so a quality build and have the load cell brake. very nice feel when braking they also vibrate when playing Forza which is really cool. when you brake too hard. (€199)

The CSR Elite which are the ones which will be available straight away are the mid range ones. still quality pedals they also have a load cell brake pedal. but not a fully metal contruction. i believe not 100% sure but you can flip these to have the pedals in an inverted stance. i will try find you some pics later when im home from work. (€149)

then there is also some CSR pedals which are the base model pedals. for the CSR's. I think these are pretty simular to the Elites but will be mostly a plastic construction and also no Load Cell on the brake pedal. I'd recomend to go with either the Elites or the Clubsports as both are available now so no waiting plus are better constructions. The extra money is basically getting you a much more solid construction and a better feel overall on the pedals.

The inside sim racing channel on youtube give a small preview of the CSR and say its better and more reactive then the GT2.

Lucky you Trouty - Forza 4 could really tempt me to upgrade me set up too, if I ever get the chance to play anymore!!

Can't wait to hear more information about the track line up - I hear that they're announcing a new track a day at the moment, or at least I hope so because the current track list looks a little sparse to say the least!

Yes,but sometimes there are things people specifically want more info on. We have a lot of hard-core racing fans who know their stuff,so I would like to cover what they would like to read :) make sense?

Would like some info on the wheel settings and adjustments if possible please mush. There is a big debate on the forza forum regarding the full sim settings and the demo having some kind of steering assist ?

Hopefully the full game will have plenty of adjustment especially as the new fanatec CSR and car elite are just being released?

I'm pretty sure (hoping) the demo is a pretty dumbed down version of the full game adjustment wise?

Am loving the demo

Can't wait for the review or the game :teehee:

Cheers
