Joe Danger is here! After serving his time alone on just the Playstation Network, Hello Games have finally brought the fun and crazy title to the Xbox Live Arcade stuffed with extras!

Joe Danger originally found home on the Playstation Network, after the production of Joe Danger's sequel 'Joe Danger: The Movie'. Hello Games have decided to present us with the original Joe Danger Special Edition, but what does the SE tag mean? And, who the hell is Joe bloody Danger?

Actually, he's Joe Danger Danger, yeah, this cats so dangerous, they named him twice. After being the biggest stunt man of them all, Joe Danger found him self out of action after a big accident. Now, with our help, we're going to put the name Danger back into the limelight. So without further ado...

In a nutshell, Joe Danger is like Trials HD for kids. It see's large linear obstacle courses with extra challenges on top of just making it across alive. Getting the gold trophy by getting the highest score isn’t all you'll be required to do. Collectable stars, landing targets, time trials and stunt combos are all on the menu to ensure you get as many extra unlockable stars as possible.

As the levels go on, you'll be expected to manage to grab more stars in longer and more skill testing levels, with shorter times, higher scores and sometimes even amongst racing other bike riders.

On top of that, the new Special Edition side of things adds SE medals; these are medals which can be earned on specific levels by collecting all the objective stars in one flawless run. Earning these can unlock new characters to ride as and supposedly unlock new stuff for future Hello Games. This whole SE edition and SE medals are exclusive to the Xbox version.

The levels are full of jumps, obstacles, loops and plenty of other additional items including buttons which can launch Joe into the air to either reach higher obstacles or even pull off some insane stunts.

There are plenty of Career levels to keep you going, some incredibly easy, some incredibly hard, but if that’s not enough, there’s another new exclusive to the 360, a mode known as 'The Lab'.

These five tiers of levels feature a collection of new tracks in a completely new environment with more intricate and skill testing tracks and stars to navigate and collect. Some of these tracks also bring in the ability to move and add parts to the track to make it to the end and collect all the items in the level.

Most of the Special Editions features were included in the PS3 title at a later date in a Patch, however the 360 still contains new tracks, characters and obviously the afore mentioned Laboratory. An inclusion in the main patch involved a track editor/creator. The editor allows you to create your own tracks and send them to your friends to compete on.

Joe Danger is a great arcade game. This Special Edition is packed full of new extras over the PS3 counterpart and what only makes things better is that since Joe Danger: SE is now available, then we can hope for Joe Danger: The Movie to make an appearance very shortly.
